Fast returns processing is an essential part of a good shopping experience. If a customer has to exchange or return an ordered product, the customer has already been disappointed with the order, as the ordered products have not been suitable for them for one reason or another. In such a situation, it is of paramount importance that the customer's return process is made easy, the return shipment is processed quickly and correctly, and that the customer receives either replacement products or their money back as soon as possible.
Easy product returns
It is easiest for the customer if the company has made a return agreement with the transport company and the customer can make the return free of charge using a return code. In this case, the return shipment is also tracked in case of possible delivery delay or loss. When the return arrives at our warehouse, we always process it without delay. We check all products to ensure that the return complies with the terms of the sale and we will either send replacement products or refund the customer's money. We pack the returned products in return boxes and deliver them back to the company as agreed.
